BIOTIN VITAMIN B7 is a water soluble vitamin that is widely found in food: Swiss chard, mushrooms, almonds, carrots, spinach, leafy green vegetables, berries, nuts, avocados, cauliflower, bananas to name a few. Most do not require biotin. Eating egg whites can block biotin synthesis.
