WASHING SODA CLOTHES GOOD Due to the inherent nature of PKD there is a 20% increase in developing kidney stones. Avoid sodium bicarbonate with PKD or if you live in an area that is high risk area for the development of kidney stones. PKD'rs and people living in these high risk areas should all avoid sodium bicarbonate. However washing soda is good for cleaning clothes without harm.
