Try a raw piece of alkaline fruit
about twenty minutes before each meal:
a sweet, ripe, and in season pear, apple,
banana, mango, papaya, kiwi, pineapple or melon.
AVOID transported ridged melons. These develop a fungus
on the ridges. It is conveyed
to us with the cut of a knife. Avoid oxalate high
strawberries, cranberries, blueberries, prunes, plums, rhubarb, tamarind.
