ALUMINUM has been found in greater concentrations in the brains of individuals with Alzheimer's disease. In Hawaii, researchers believe that individuals who eat tofu, soy milk, and other soy products go much more quickly toward Alzheimer's. The reason for this is thought to be aluminum pipes used to process soy products.
