ARSENIC Rice, more than other grains contains higher levels of arsenic with brown rice being the highest. The hull is removed from white rice rendering lowering arsenic. Massive absorption of water & arsenic into the roots concentrates in the hull. Arsenic-based drugs are given to chickens, turkeys, pigs.
