COLA NUT In 1800 a chemist mixed ground cola nuts with mineral water & sugar, thus was born the first cola drink. Cola nut (Cola acuminata), kola nut, bissy nut, & guru nut, is about the size of a chestnut. Some cultures chew Kola Nuts to retard fatigue & hunger.
