AVOID FISH OIL The main problem with fish oil supplements is it causes PLD liver cysts to grow and our PLD livers to ache. Fish oil has a high mercury content; some species are endangered; the pesticides & chemicals are concentrated in fish. If you have liver cysts, fish oil can be detrimental.
