JUNIPER may cause kidney damage, convulsions and DNA damage. Allergic reactions including itching, rash, swelling and difficulty breathing are known to occur. If you are pregnant, do not consume juniper berries as this could cause you to miscarry. If you are taking lithium, juniper berries interact with this drug.
