LAVENDER oil is an endocrine disruptor. Fragrances, especially lavender oil can cause possible long term PLD liver cyst growth. Clinical evidence suggesting that lavender oil and tea tree oil may possess endocrine disrupting activity first surfaced with the report of three patients developing gynecomastia (male enlarged breast tissue).
