MAIZE contains aflatoxin, a known carcinogen. Aflatoxin was given in equal doses to lab animals who ate a greater than 5% protein diet with all developing liver cancer. Aflatoxin triggers cancer growth, especially liver cancers by the host eating greater than 5% of protein daily. The protein source can be from animals. This was researched in Filipino children who is an effort to increase protein intake were eating more peanuts and corn. These young children were dying from liver cancers.
